On a daily basis the absentee voter export file will be generated and posted to the bottom of this page.  The link is underlined in red - please click on this link and save the file to the desired location on your computer.  The file can then be opened in Excel and manipulated as needed. 
NOTE:  Each export will include a complete absentee file.  Therefore, you should note the prior dates you have already reviewed so as to not duplicate your mailing information.  This date will fall under the "Issue Date" column. 

The column on the right contains the category code of each absentee: 
A = Regular Absentee
M = Military (In Country)
MO = Military (Out of Country)
CO = Civilian (Out of Country)
TO = Taken out of Office

O = In Person Voting at the office of the Board of Elections

The Trumbull County Board of Elections cannot provide support or instructions for using any exported file. 

As ballots are returned the column "Returned" will include the date the ballot has been received.
