***ABSENTEE VOTING FOR non-UOCAVA VOTERS OPENS TUESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2012*** *Written applications for absentee voting are now being accepted by the Board of Elections. A registered voter may write the Board of Elections to request an absentee ballot. If you choose to write the office, YOU MUST PROVIDE name, address, date of birth, one form of identification as listed below, mailing address for the ballot, your political party preference if this is a Primary Election, the following statement "I am a qualified elector", and your signature. You may also use our on line absentee application form listed above. Please print the form, complete it and mail to the office at the address listed on the application. *Voters may cast an absentee ballot in person at the Trumbull County Board of Elections Office: 2947 Youngstown Rd SE, Warren, Ohio. Regular Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 pm. *The Board of
Elections will observe the following additional hours for in office absentee
voting: Friday, March 2, 2012 *The deadline for applying for an absentee ballot to be mailed is 12:00 noon Saturday, March 3, 2012. *In the case of medical emergencies, the absentee ballot request deadline is 3:00p.m. on Election Day, March 6, 2012. *All voted ballots must be received in the Board of Elections office by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day, March 6, 2012 in order to be counted. *For a registered
